Every project starts with a written scope and a price that doesn't move. Build it and own it, or have us run it month to month. Accounts are always in your name.

Priced by pages, not by guesswork
Pick the pages you need a month. A PDF page is a page; a photo or Word file counts as one. When you hit the limit it pauses until the month resets or you move up. Nothing is ever billed extra on its own.

01Scope in writingYou get a proposal with exactly what's included, the number of revisions and the timeline. Nothing starts until you accept it in writing.

03Changes are priced firstAnything outside the scope is quoted separately, and only goes ahead with your OK. Your total never moves on its own.

Questions
Before you ask
Do your prices include tax?
Our prices are in US dollars with no tax added, and you're invoiced by BotLane LLC, our US company. If any tax applies where you are, it's shown on the invoice before you pay.
How do I pay?
In stages. You pay for each stage before it starts, and the site goes live once the last payment has cleared. You pay by card through a secure payment link.
Can I start small and upgrade later?
Yes. The three website plans are stages of the same site. If you start on Starter and move to Business or Pro later, you pay only the difference between the two prices.
What if I need something that isn't in the plan?
We price it as a separate change before any work on it starts, so your total never moves without your written OK. If you need more pages, moving up a plan is often the better deal.
Who owns the website?
You do. The domain, the code and every account we set up are in your name. If you ever stop working with us, you keep all of it.
Are there running costs after launch?
A few, paid at cost in your name and never marked up: your domain renewal each year and, if you have AI Intake & Booking, its AI and messaging usage. We tell you the expected amount in your proposal.
What isn't included?
Writing all your content from scratch, photography, logo design, paid advertising and online stores. We edit and structure the text and photos you give us, and we can recommend people for the rest.
How long does it take?
Your proposal gives a fixed timeline in working days. The clock starts when your first payment has cleared and we have your content, and pauses while we wait for your approval on a design or a build.
Not sure which fits?
Tell us about your business in a few lines. We reply within one working day with a recommendation and a fixed price.
