What we make

Bar-fed lathes and turn-mill centres for shafts, pins, bushes and fittings, from 3 to 80 mm diameter.

Three and four-axis machining for brackets, manifolds and housings, up to 600 × 400 mm.

Zinc plating, anodising, passivation and heat treatment by approved local partners, inspected on return.

Materials we hold in stock or source to order

Mostly repeat batches for manufacturers in Europe, the Gulf and India, made to their drawings and their inspection plans.

1
Material checked on arrival
Every bar is matched to its mill certificate before it reaches a machine.
2
First article signed off
The first part of each batch is measured in full and approved before the batch runs.
3
Checked while it runs
Critical dimensions are gauged at set intervals, and every check is logged.
4
Final inspection, report in the crate
A sample from each batch is measured on our CMM; the report ships with the parts.
